we really enjoyed our stay at Felix. The location in the River North area was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions, bars, and restaurants. The staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The king size bedroom was very comfortable and the screen-mirroring TV allowed us to stream content during our downtime. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Hotel was cute little and really modern, staff was patient. We ate in the popular restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The bathroom was luxurious, with a bath tub and a shower.

We caught an awesome live Shakespeare performance and checked out the fifteen-story Ferris Wheel just like the one at the 1893 World's Fair. Plus, we were moments away from the hip downtown neighborhood known for its vibrant nightlife. It was epic being so close to the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field too!
We would have loved a bit more exciting nightlife within the hotel itself for us party-going young folks.

Fab, unbeatable location in the nice area. Very easy to get from Midway International airport, just 20 km. Very kind and personable staff and attention to detail. Quick check-in, quiet and bright room with a/c and a decent sized closet plus nice showers.
