We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Chicago. The street view was nice. The service was amazing too. Conveniently located hotel;))
Hard to think of anything.
No breakfast in the morning
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and loved the location in downtown Chicago. It was very elegant and the staff was very professional and respectful to guests.
Excellent location, free Wi-Fi, computers and printer. Nice small lobby and good restaurant. Very good HVAC system in the rooms. Quiet rooms with very nice beds and linens.
Tiny rooms. Not only ours (we asked for a change and the 2nd felt even smaller) by looking at the floor plan you can tell all rooms are mini. Friendly but not as helpful staff. Small windows, too.
Hotel Felix was one of the most incredible hotels I have ever stayed at. upon our arrival the conceirge immediatly rushed out to our cab, opened the doors for us and got our luggage out of the trunk and wisked us in the door to check in. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and later that nght when looking for a good nightlife spot they were helpful in giving us some excellent recommendations as well as locations close to our hotel, as it was january and extremely cold. Our room had the most amazing view of downtown Chicago and the location...anything we needed was within a block or so, I cannot say enough good things about the staff, location and ambiance of Hotel Felix. Amazing amazing!! we will definitely return!!
The motion activated heating/ac. we would turn down the heat because it was gettin hot and wake up in the middle of the night sweating. that is the only thing though. the up and down of the heat.
We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Felix because it's location is very good if you want to know the city. It's located on the restaurant part of the city which is very convenient. The hotel offers free wi-fi and free printing services, which was great. They also offer in the morning free coffee and tea, dispite breakfast wasn't included. We think that this is an expensive hotel but if you are looking for a last minute booking, as we were, you really could save some money.
It was very conveniently located, I was staying in the city for a wedding and it was easy to get around. The room was loveley and the staff very accomodating. The price was reasonalbe for the location and the room. I would stay there again in a hearbeat.
I was pretty happy with everything.
Good room free internet friendly staff
That I could park my Prius for free.
wi-fi was not a good strong signal.
I loved the location. The room was a bit cramped, but could be considered cozy under the right circumstances. The staff is probably the best part of the hotel. Very attentive to needs and accomodating to almost any situation. I would recommend for anyone needing to stay downtown for a few days.
A litttle pricey, but for downtown hotels about average.
The room was quite small, however the bed was very comfortable. LM Bistro restaurant was fabulous, food and staff. A great way to end a day/night shopping in the city.
No bathtub in king size rooms on upper floors.
No space to move around the room, shallow sinks, no Continental breakfast
- Location - staff (valet and bell especially)
- Small room - no room to work in the room
Great location and very easy as a hotel
Bar area too small
The design and definitely the location is very nice.
The staff, on the other hand, didn't really have it all together. We always have to ask for help twice coz asking only once would be ignored. They got us mixed up at check-in by charging us twice. The front desks are not very much together. The rest is fine.
